T.U.K. Footwear Ice Iridescent High Top Casbah Creeper

These Retro Shoes by T.U.K. Footwear Are Completely Vegan

Sneakers are great but for many it can be difficult to find a pair that didn’t hurt an animal to be made. T.U.K. Footwear is a vegan classic.

T.U.K. Footwear was founded in San Diego in 1991 by Ian White, originally from Northhampton England. The alt lifestyle shoe brand was originally inspired by the punk rock scenes in the U.K. and southern California. And they are made from synthetic materials rather than leather and suede. Today they are still sold by retailers such as ASOS, Dolls Kill, Hot Topic and Journeys. Originally intended for moshing at punk concerts they are transitioning to shuffle dancing at raves.

From top to bottom, the Ice Iridescent High Top Casbah Creeper ($78.99) is made from vegan friendly holographic patent so you can get your moonwalk on. The Pink Metallic Double Velcro Casbah Creeper ($74.99) features a pastel pink metallic upper so you can get your shine on. The Black Hologram Pointed Ballet Creeper ($64.99) are inspired by black patent Mary Janes with a platform rubber sole. The Plum Corduroy Multi-Strap Mary Jane Creeper ($79.95) also comes in white T.U.K. skin and red plaid. The Black Kitty Slip On Sneaker ($64.95) looks like a silly kitty.

T.U.K. Footwear is serious about their commitment to helping animals. They participate in community events with nonprofits like Eat Drink Vegan at events in places such as Monty’s Good Burger. That’s a vegan burger joint located in Koreatown near the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles, California. That dog is wearing Burgundy Velvet Creepers ($89.95).
