Marshmello Invents His Own Shuffle Dance Step

Now Marshmello is introducing the Marsh Walk, which can easily be incorporated into shuffle dancing, plus his video game album.

Famous DJ/producer Marshmello, aka Christopher Comstock, demonstrated how to do his signature dance move, the Marsh Walk, with a video tutorial that he produced in Fortnite.

The video-game loving DJ posts streams of himself playing Fortnite. This month he released Joytime III and an accompanying video game app for iOS called Marshmello Music Dance. And he released a 360 degree VR playlist on his YouTube channel, with an interactive animated video to play with for each song on Joytime III from “Here We Go Again” to “Room to Fail.”

Marshmello is not the first artist to release a video game. According to Dazed Digital, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Prince, Michael Jackson and Def Jam all did video game projects.

The producer just dropped a country-EDM single called “One Thing Right” featuring Kane Brown. He posted behind the scenes images from the music video shoot on his official Instagram account. But the song is not a part of the Joytime III album. It is yet another project by Marshmello. Brown is the guy who did that country song “Used to Love You Sober” in 2015.

You can see Marshmello live in person during his residency at KAOS Dayclub in Las Vegas, NV all this summer. Perhaps he will Marsh Walk. Check out the full schedule at Marshmello’s website.

Stream and/or download Joytime III by Marshmello from your legitimate music distributor of choice. And stream “One Thing Right” featuring Kane Brown.
