The latest Huda Beauty eyeshadow palette is called Mercury Retrograde, with 18 wells of space inspired mattes, metallics and glitters.
According to Huda Kattan the new Mercury Retrograde Eyeshadow Palette was inspired by the colors in the crystal aurora borealis, or the northern lights. In her blog Kattan writes, ” The colors are so beautiful and fuse perfectly with four amazing textures, from the most buttery mattes and a popping glitter to high shine metallics and our super unique multi-reflective shadows.”
Mercury Retrograde Eyeshadow Palette ($67)
There are nine matte shades including, Utopia, Off Balance, Vortex, Hot Mess, Libra, Crash, Karma, Momentum, Haze. There are six metallic shades named Cosmic, Galaxy, Supernova, Ultraviolet, Mercury and Frazzled, plus one glitter shade that has been dubbed Nebula.
On her official Instagram account the beauty billionaire dressed up as a space babe in a crystal mesh body suit with armor and a ray gun. She also did a makeup video to “Intergalactic” by the Beastie Boys. She also could have done “Mothership Connection” by Parliament.
The Metro Retrograde Palette drops tomorrow on October 24, and will be available at the Huda Beauty web store.
