Gwen Stefani of No Doubt has announced the second leg of her Just a Girl Residency at the Zappos Theater in the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. There will be live musical performances, those dancers that wear feathers on their heads and costumes by Stefani.
Last year Stefani’s Just a Girl Residency went down from June 27, 2018 to March 16, 2019, at the same location. Now she is back for round two from July 5, 2019 to November 2, 2019.
No Doubt went through a dance music phase for Rock Steady (2001) when most bands were still into indie garage stuff. Now she lives with country singer/television host Blake Shelton in Tennessee. And she is doing country music. But so are Lady Gaga, Mark Ronson and Diplo.
On her official social media profiles Stefani stated, ” It’s one year today since my #JustAGirlVegas residency opened at @ZapposTheater! 🎉 Can’t wait to be back starting July 5th ❤️ gx #OneYearAnniversary.” And it really reads like her and not a social media manager.
