Tiësto, Rita Ora and Jonas Blue took a cue from blue jean commercials in their latest single “Ritual” and the resulting music video.
Tiësto and Rita Ora have a new one called “Ritual” with Jonas Blue. In the official video Ora prances around with a dance crew flaunting blue jeans a plain white crop top with spaghetti straps.
“Too high, too deep/ It’s you, it’s me/ Too wild, too free, oh, yeah/ One thing to me/ Three words, I speak...” murmurs Ora in the opening lyrics.
A ritual is defined as a series of actions performed according to a prescribed order arising from convention or habit. So Ora is saying that her lover has become a ritual, or a sort of an addiction.
Blue is not one of the Jonas Brothers. He is an English DJ and producer that has worked with Tiësto and Ora. Some of his biggest singles include “Mama” featuring William Singe, “Perfect Stranger” featuring JP Cooper, “Rise” featuring Jack and Jack, and “By Your Side” featuring Raye.
On her official Instagram account Ora stated, “Im so happy the #RITUAL video is OUT NOW!! Me and the amazing dancers in the video rehearsed in the middle of tour and I couldnt be more proud of all our hard work 🙏💙 Swipe up in stories to watch!! ✨thank you to my Choregraoher @aaronsillis for pushing me to my limits and helping me grow more and more confidence in my body and my glam team @mariebruce @shonju @karenclarkson ⭐️🌈❤️” And it looks like she has been favoring white tops with blue jeans lately, just like in the video.
Tiësto didn’t make a post about the new track. Why? Doesn’t he like her? Is it not worth his time and money? Why do superstar DJ’s ignore their own singles on Instagram?
