Reebok collaborated with Amazon Alexa and Google Home and the result was 100 sparkly pairs of limited edition women’s Reebok sneakers. They are giving us a chance to win them. All you have to do is say “Open Reebok Sneaker Drop” to your Alexa or Google Home. To officially enter into the drop say the passcode, “Get my Club C’s.” And then they record your data in the system.
The original Club C debuted in 1985 as a tennis sneaker. The game changing design was the first model with a reinforced leather toe. The crystal coated version is similar to the Women’s Classic Club C 85 Vintage ($75). You could bedazzle them yourself, but it wouldn’t be the same as Reebok doing it. Note that each pair bears a a number 1-100 written in crystals on the back.
If you need to buy a smart speaker device, you have two choices. The Amazon Alexa starts at around $50. The Google Home is about $99 plus tax. Which team will you join?
On their official Instagram account Reebok hints that there is a commercial relevant to their collaboration with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. But it’s not on their YouTube.
