Doja Cat is back and she brought Rico Nasty with her in a new track called “Tia Tamera” and a Nickelodeon inspired video.
The mind behind “Moo, I’m a Cow” Doja Cat teamed up with lady rapper Rico Nasty on “Tia Tamera.” And the retro music video contains all your favorite childhood memories.
“Hair grow long like Chia/ Money go long like Nia/ I am the big idea/ My twins big like Tia/ My twins big like Tia, Tamera…” go Doja Cat and Rico Nasty in the chorus.
The music video recalls not only Sister, Sister (a popular television sitcom in the 90’s starring Tia and Tamera Mowry), but also Nickelodeon programming and Lisa Frank products. Most girls that were old enough in the 90’s, such as Doja Cat and Rico Nasty, remember all of those things.
Rico Nasty, aka Maria-Cecilia Simone Kelly, posted this behind the scenes footage from the music video shoot on her official Instagram account. Amala Zandile Dlamini, aka Doja Cat, recently announced she will be on a tour of Europe this March.
