The Colour Outside the Liner Collection Kit ($99) consists of 20 unique colors of creme liner from metallic to neon. The creamy formula is easy to blend. They suggest using a pencil brush to smoke out or smudge. The color names include Insomniac, Electric Daisy, Untz, DTLA and more.
