Chanel Beauty is taking a fresh faced approach to warm weather this year with shiny eyelids, lips and nails. The pastel shades of blue, green, purple and pink are perfect for spring and summer.
Ombre Premiere Gloss Top Coat Eyeshadow ($36 each) is a limited-edition shimmering eye gloss. It is available in Lunaire (lunar) and Solaire (solar). Rouge Coco Gloss Moisturizing Glossimer ($30) comes in 35 shades such as 792 – Aphrodite, 818 – Fraicheur and 212 – Aurora (from left to right). Le Vernis Longwear Nail Color ($28 each) is available in 49 shades, including 709 – Purple Ray, 705 – Open Air and 703 – Afterglow (from left to right). Notice that they are all shiny.
But this is Chanel we are talking about. So if you can’t live without your smokey eyes and rouge lipstick they still have that stuff too. The Cruise Collection 2019 also includes bronzers, stylo ombres (eyeshadow pencils), and hydrating vibrant shine tubes of lipstick.
The shiny new makeup contrasts with their matte collection last fall. Maybe they got tired of being dull and decided to switch it up.
