DJ and producer Alan Walker made a track called “Ghost” with singer-songwriter Au/Ra. In the video she walks through a wasteland.
Up and coming singer-songwriter Au/Ra, aka Jamie Lou Stenzel from Ibiza, Spain, has a new single called ghost with music production by Alan Walker from Norway. She is walking through a post apocalyptic wasteland because the track is part of the highly anticipated video game Death Stranding just released via Playstation 4, about a man who walks through a wasteland.
“You know I’m like a ghost, sometimes I have to fade/ And it haunts me that I have to be this way/ You say it’s gone cold, I say I’ll do better/ But I always seem to disappear again…” sings Au/Ra in the chorus.
Stenzel was born on May 15, 2002 making her 17 years old as of this music video. She has released two EP’s and eight singles since 2016 but has yet to announce a debut album.
Walker is one of the top progressive house music DJ’s in Europe. His loyal fans are known as Walkers. He recently released a line of special air filtration masks with his logo on them to protect against air pollution and encourages fans to wear them to public gatherings.
Death Stranding has many other high profile spokespersons right now including Rick and Morty from Adult Swim. The game was developed by Kojima Productions in Japan.
Walker does not appear in the official music video. But in the last frames there is a shadowy figure wearing his merch that could be Walker, or some guy that they met on the internet.
Death Stranding Special Edition – PlayStation 4 ($69.99) is available now from Best Buy and select retailers!
