When Vans and Supreme collaborated on these limited edition sneakers the resulting products sold out online in under the space of a day.
Vans and Supreme made shoes together and they have glow in the dark skulls on them. The Supreme®/Vans® Glow-in-the-Dark Liquid Blue© Skull Pile Slip-On ($98) and Sk8-Hi ($110) sold out shortly after becoming available for purchase at the official Supreme New York website.
Supreme New York announced the new product via their Instagram feed and it did not take long for street fashion and sneaker blogs to pick up the story. Supreme is so trendy right now, that buyers snap up new items as soon as they go on sale. Then they resale the pieces at a huge profit on eBay. In fact the new Supreme-Vans are currently available via the auction website for about $150 to $250. Or you could buy fake Supreme Vans with LV logos painted on them.
Supreme also has a Skull Pile Leather Jacket with the same pattern in their SS18 preview. The lambskin leather has satin pile lining and an interior front pocket. So maybe those should be baby sheep skulls screaming out of the emerald green graphic print with a full zip closure.
The sturdy waffle soles of the classic skate shoe are ideal for shuffle dancing at EDM venues because the flat rubber tread does not slip easily. They are also a favorite style choice of famous DJ’s and musicians such as A-Trak, Alison Wonderland, Frank Ocean, Justin Bieber and Travis Barker. All Vans sneakers are unisex so they can be worn by women and men.
If you missed out on the Supreme-Vans you might like the Vans Cactus Paradise Slip-On ($55) and/or Sk8-Hi Reissue ($65). They have a similar pattern of skulls, but with cacti growing out of their heads. True they don’t say Supreme on the back but they are pink in the middle.
