Los Angeles based rapper Doja Cat made a parody music video about being a cow and it went viral even though it’s low budget.
“Mooo!” by Doja Cat is a song about being a cow. “Bitch, I’m a cow..!” she proclaims in the chorus of the rap song. Perhaps it is a feminist commentary about breast feeding in public?
It looks like she recorded it in front of a green screen in a cow costume and a farmer costume. Then she went back in and added the backgrounds and stock footage of a cow in a blond wig. So it’s not her most high budget music video, but it is the one that went viral.
According to YouTube user BlackySpeakz (sic), “This is our savior. She’s here to dethrone Cardi B, and I’m all for it. MOOOO.” Over 3,300 people like this comment as of this blog post.
Like Cardi B., Doja Cat’s album Amala was named one of NPR’s 40 Favorite Albums of 2018 So Far last June — before she posted the sexual cow music video. The LP dropped last March.
