The True Religion Spring-Summer 2020 collection includes modern activewear, crop tops, dresses, and of course jeans. These are our favorites.
True Religion is embracing the future with an innovative line for Spring-Summer 2020. Founder and former CEO John Ermatinger stated, “We’ve been in the denim game for fifteen years, and we recognize that it’s time to grow and evolve,” in a letter to customers on their website.
The High Rise Legging ($119) and the Mock Crop Top ($99) are a matching set of performance wear. The leggings feature a high rise with “extreme shape retention” and a contoured fit that flatters the body. It has a wetsuit-like appearance that’s good for the beach.
The Halle High Waist Jean ($139) is shown above in Optic White. True Religion styles them with classic Chelsea boots in black. We are seeing a lot of white jeans this season.
The Cut Out Dress ($119) is the top layer in this ensemble. It can be worn alone, or over several layers like the model. For some reason they opted to cover up this model.
Pair your True Religion denim with the Zip Crop Top ($49) in pink (shown here) or black. It goes from the street to the gym. It also matches the High Rise Leggings from before.
Last week True Religion debuted a collection of re-worked denim with artist Jaffa Saba. They mention that the limited edition pieces are available exclusively in store at Selfridges.
