MØ’s sophomore album Forever Neverland drops this Friday and she released a lyric video for “Blur” that is a compilation of album shoots.
Singer-songwriter MØ has been talking about her upcoming Forever Neverland LP a lot and now it’s almost here. She previews the album in the new “Blur” music video.
“Let me out I’m trapped in a blur/ Started out the way I wanted but it’s weird now/ Let me out I’m lost in the words/ Too much in my head/ I should’ve seen the bad signs…” sing MØ in the new song.
This follows the release of “Sun in Our Eyes” with Diplo last August, also from Forever Neverland. But now all of her references to Peter Pan make a lot more sense.
On Instagram MØ, aka Karen Marie Aagaard Ørsted Andersen, writes, “This lyric video for Blur is a compilation of my Forever Neverland Album shoots & some heartfelt amateur Karen dancing ?.”
The song was cowritten by Ajay Bhattacharya, Kristoffer “Bonn” Fodgelmark and Albin Nedler. And it was coproduced by ST!NT, Fodgelmark and Nedler.
