The Fiorucci angels are back for another round and they brought crop tees, outerwear and vinyl skirts.
Fiorucci Is Back
Fiorucci was the Supreme of the 1980’s when superstars like Farah Fawcett, Madonna and Rod Stewart all embraced the iconic brand in photographs. Before social media and fashion bloggers, Fiorucci was being spotted in nightclubs and on the streets of London, New York, LA and Milan. The flagship stores had DJ’s playing music.

The original founder Elio Fiorucci passed away in 2015. The company was purchased by Stephen and Janie Schaffer, the husband and wife team behind Knickerbox, a UK lingerie line. Last month they opened a new flagship store in London, and debuted a fashion line. This was preceded by a Summer 2017 ad campaign with Georgia Jagger, which is shown at the top of the page. Plus there is a coffee table book edited by David Owen, with a forward by Sophia Coppola.

Currently the new stuff is a limited release at department stores Barneys New York and Harrods. The Bobby Denim Dungarees are exclusively available in the UK. Click on the image here to learn more.

However the best stuff is available directly from Fiorucci. We really like the vinyl skirts and jeans, which have been very difficult to shop for since the whole 80’s goth era ended. The model is shown wearing it with a basic white tank top and tie up heeled sandals.
Margot Vinyl Skinny Skirt ($237.35)
The classic Fiorucci angels t-shirt is available in standard and cropped versions. Also look out for their other graphic tees.
Angels Crop Tee ($98.90)
There are cropped angel crewnecks too. This model is wearing hers with matching Tara Tapered Jeans in blue.
Vintage Angels Super Crop Sweatshirt ($145.05)
The Nico Oversized Denim Jacket is an iconic trucker jacket with an extra roomy cut in light wash denim. It is inspired by the Hell’s Angels jackets only less filthy. The model wears it with the Foxe Denim Cutoff Shorts, exclusively available from Barneys.

Underneath it all there is the logo Triangle Bra and Thong in french lace. This striking combination is also available in nude, pink and yellow. Alternatively there are hipsters to choose from as well.
Triangle Bra ($65.93) and Thong ($39.56)
The Platform Sandals are a throwback to the 1970’s from a fashion label that was actually worn inside of Studio 54. So hopefully they will make it through a night out without breaking your ankles.

All this stuff would look super cute worn together. You can learn more about the products above by clicking on the pictures and shopping for them in the online store.
