EDM producer Boys Noise and independent female rapper Rico Nasty dropped “Girl Crush” a brand new single from out of nowhere.
Alexander “Boys Noize” Ridha and Rico Nasty, aka Tacobella, aka Maria-Cecilia Simone Kelly, released a surprise single called “Girl Crush” and an official music video.
“Which bitch got a bone to pick?/ Switch gears when I switch the fit/ I’m drugs, do you need a fix?/ You want it, but you can’t come near/ Wanna touch it, put some cash in here/ Bad bitches bring some hash in here/ Heart cold, but I need you here/ If they look at us, I don’t care…” raps Rico Nasty.
The track is a single. It appears to have been recorded three days ago, in a video Boys Noize posted on his official Instagram account stating,”sтяɑıɢһт ғяoϻ тһe ʟaʙ ⚡️⚡️ ʗoϻıƞɢ тo ʉ oƞ ғяıԀɑყ.” He is producing it using a modular synthesizer, which is retro and futuristic at the same time.
Meanwhile Rico Nasty shaded Boys Noize by not posting about the new song on her official Instagram account, where she has about 1.3 million followers. She recently worked with Doja Cat in the Lisa Frank themed “Tia Tamera” music video. She has released two LP’s, Anger Management with Kenny Beats (2019) via Sugar Trap, and Nasty (2018) on Atlantic Records.
