“Time goes by and I can’t control my mind/ Don’t know what else to try, but you tell me every time/ Just keep breathin’ and breathin’ and breathin’ and breathin’/ I know I gotta keep, keep on breathin’…” sings Grande reminding us how to stay alive by supplying our brains with oxygen.
She seems like she might do yoga or pilates, and breathing is very important for a healthy meditation practice as well. Maybe she does breathing exercises. Or maybe it’s about staying in the moment and taking life one day at a time, and not having an anxiety attack.

On Instagram Grande posted a series of cryptically captioned behind the scenes footage from the “breathin” music video shoot. She also announced the Sweetener World Tour that takes place next spring and early summer. Normani (formerly of Fifth Harmony) will be opening.
