Logo tights are appearing on designer runways across the board. Do you think they will run as quickly as other nylons do?
If you can afford a pair of these designer tights then you must be balling. They are the perfect accessory for your all designer logo outfits. A lot of Instagram models are taking photographic portraits of themselves in only tights like Mica and Freja at the top of the page from the Saint Laurent Summer 2019 look book by Anthony Vaccarello and Jeurgen Teller.
Versace
Versace Sheer Printed Stretch Tulle Leggings ($575) are part of their Spring 2019 collection. They are made in Italy from 85% polyamide and 15% elastane and bear the trademark pattern.
Saint Laurent
Saint Laurent Sheer Black YSL Tights ($350) seem like they would be the easiest to rip off with a pair of sheer black nylons and some crystals. They are 100% polyamide and made in Italy.
Dolce & Gabbana
Dolce & Gabbana Printed Tights with Rhinestones (On sale for $465) are tiger print with Swarovski crystals. They must have gotten some flags crossed in the translation from Italian to English.
Gucci
Gucci Intarsia Tights ($265) come in the classic brown logo print. Their latest collection includes a lot of tights in floral, neon colors and floral lace. The logo print also comes in white or black.
Alexander Wang
Alexander Wang Crystal-Embellished Tights ($250) say “No After Party” on them because there is no after party, only the party that there is right now. They are 68% polyamide and 32% elastane.
Fendi
Fendi has designed several pairs of logo tights in recent seasons, including their collaboration with Fila last year. The Red Forever Fendi Tights ($230) are available exclusively at SSENSE.
Valentino
Surely the Valentino Crystal-Embellished Tights (On sale for $174) have the Valentino logo on them somewhere. Otherwise how do you know? They are 89% polyamide and 11% elastane.
The look of designer logo and pattern tights is sheer, stretchy and fashionable this season. Yes, it would be easy to replicate them and then sell them on mass merchant retail websites. But that’s true about most things. Street fashionistas, don’t forget to layer with logo socks.
