Juana Burga for OPI Peru Collection Winter 2018/19

OPI’s FW 2018 Colors Were Inspired by Peruvian Culture

The fall winter 2018 shades of OPI nail polish are influenced by Peru. Peruvian model Juana Burga is the spokeswoman for the campaign.

This year OPI nail polish introduced the Peru Collection for fall winter 2018/19. Juana Burga, the only Peruvian to have walked in every Fashion Week, represents the brand in the advertising.

Peru is a South American country where they speak Spanish. So it’s pretty cool of OPI to release a line inspired by Latin culture during these trying political times in the fall of 2018. The colors have witty names that reference Peru, such as Machu Peachu, Alpaca My Bags, Toot My Flute and more.

The individual bottles retail for $12.50. Or go for the Nail Lacquer 4pc Mini Pack ($14.95). The Peru Infinite Shine 4pc Mini Pack ($19.95) includes Infinite Shine Primer and Gloss.

On Instagram, Burga stated, “I’m proud and honored to represent my country and the colors of Peru in this new campaign for @opi – The Peru collection! Thank you to the entire team!”
