Off White x Nike x Serena Williams announced a limited edition tennis sneaker collaboration, including the sparkly Queen NikeCourt Flare 2.
The Nike x Virgil Abloh for Serena Williams Queen Collection is coming soon. It combines the best of both’s ideas about tennis shoes into three must have designs. These include the “Queen” NikeCourt Flare 2 PE, a new The Ten: Blazer and a new The Ten: Air Max 97.
Tennis is one of the most stylish sports, and the footwear is inspired by Abloh’s subversive take on the style of tennis itself. Nike advises to, “Stay tuned to SNKRS for release info.”
The trio debuted the limited edition sneakers via a photoshoot starring Williams for Vogue Magazine. Abloh posted the images via his Instagram for the world to see.
In addition to being the founder of Off White, Abloh is the Director of the Louis Vuitton’s men’s wear collection, and a super sick club DJ. He recently headlined at Hard Summer 2018.
Available now at Nike the Techno Future ($100) is their deconstructed rendition of the chunky pink sneaker. Check it out in their official online store.
