Noah Cyrus and Gallant appear in the music video for their single “Mad at You” off Cyrus’ Good Cry EP that dropped last September. It is a simple concept about smoking weed in a hotel room.
“We need to talk, you just say, ‘I don’t want to start a fight’/ But the minute it gets to my lips, I can feel my tongue is tied/ And my eyes start to water, but I can’t stop you when you lie…” sings Cyrus in one of her best songs to date, which was produced by Kid Harpoon and Jenna Andrews.
Christopher Gallant is a singer-songwriter from Columbus, Maryland. He self released his debut EP Zebra in 2014. His last single “Doesn’t Matter” dropped last May off his G3 EP.
Cyrus picked a better collaborator this time than she did for “Live or Die” featuring Lil Xan. Maybe that’s why the track made it onto her EP. Even though she is from the south, the biracial thing is not really a big deal anymore. Her sister is a bisexual movie star so we were expecting this. Hopefully she is in a state where cannabis is legal and she had a prescription. And wearing a bra as a top is totally acceptable by celebrity social standards now.
