Major Lazer ‘Blow That Smoke’ w/ Tove Lo in New Single

“Blow That Smoke” by Major Lazer featuring Tove Lo is either about smoking weed or getting the metaphorical keys to something.

Major Lazer and Tove Lo wrote a song together called “Blow That Smoke” and there is an animated lyric video. Although they are blondes they can no longer resist the call of the tropical island beat.

I got the keys to heaven now/ Baes all around and they got my mind spinning/ Suddenly doors just open wide/ Blow that smoke and let me love that fire/ I don’t need no memories…” sings Tove Lo.

According to Diplo in the comments section, “(This) collab was overdue..we love you Tove.” While Major Lazer comments, “Much love to Tove Lo for being on this track with us 🗣👉💨.”

Major Lazer do their best work when they collaborate with female vocalists like “Lean On” with DJ Snake featuring MØ, “Know No Better” featuring Camila Cabello, Travis Scott and Quavo, or “Let Me Live” with Rudimental featuring Anne Marie and Mr. Eazi. Now they have a track with Tove Lo.

Last September in an interview Diplo revealed this was Major Lazer’s last last year of touring. He plans to concentrate on his other bands Jack Ü with Skrillex, Silk City with Mark Ronson and LSD with Labrinth and Sia. Plus he has to produce music for baby rappers, be a dad and sleep.
