Lil Wayne did an official remix of LSD’s Genius complete with a new verse. They also did a remix of the music video to go with it.
Last May Labrinthe, Sia and Diplo dropped “Genius” and announced they were forming a group called LSD. Lil Wayne must have enjoyed it, because he did a rap remix of the track, and LSD released it as an official remix with an updated music video.
“I’m a genius, under question, no question I’m really special/ Upper echelon when I bless you, molest you with intellectual, it’s a pleasure/ It gets sexual, women lemon complexion, quick connections, then ejections, my love is so ambidextrous…” raps Lil Wayne, aka Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.
The psychedelic animated music video has been altered to include a character who represents Lil Wayne. Now in addition to a Labrinthe mouse, Sia riding a psychic tiger and a flying Diplo head, there is a dreadlocked wizard with tattooed eyelids that read “Fear God” smoking a blunt.
Lil Wayne posted the cover art for the new remix on his official Instagram account, but mistakenly tagged an Australian man named Sheldon @Sia instead of Sia, who is @siamusic.
