Joji Is the Saddest Satyr Ever in “SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK”

Joji, formerly known as Pink Guy, released a power ballad called “SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK” and the music video is currently going viral.

In the music video for “SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK” singer producer Joji plays a satyr. You can tell he is sad because he keeps chain smoking and stumbling around with a symbolic arrow stuck into his back. It’s all part of his BALLADS I LP expected this October off 88 Rising.

When I’m around slow dancing in the dark/ Don’t follow me, you’ll end up in my arms/ You have made up your mind/ I don’t need no more signs/ Can you..?” sings Joji in the self described power ballad.

Joji, aka George Miller from Osaka, Japan, started out on YouTube, first as Filthy Frank and then as Pink Guy. Last year he retired the YouTube characters and was reborn as Joji, a more serious musician. He has released 15 songs via 88 Rising and is one of their most successful artists.

If you are in North America, you can see Joji live in person at the 88 Degrees and Rising Tour this fall from September 22 to October 31. He is bringing Rich Brian, Keith Ape, Higher Brothers, Kohh, Niki and Don Krez with him. Check out the tour schedule.
