In this edition of Get the Look we explore Tinashe’s music video for “Make Me Bad” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and French Montana. Lately Tinashe has been acting all hip hop and collaborating with Top 40 rappers, but she started out as an indie artist, she works a lot and has collaborated with numerous EDM producers, such as GTA, Marshmello, Calvin Harris and Star Slinger.
The outfits for the “Make Me Bad” music video were styled by her stylist, Maeve Reilly. Reilly is the same person that styled Janelle Monae’s “Make Me Feel” video. She also styles Halsey.
Tennis Look

Then Tinashe decides to listen to some music while writhing around on the tennis court. Those look like Adidas Women’s Alphabounce Beyond Shoes ($100) on her feet. She wears a bra as a top that is the For Love & Lemons Clementine Dot Underwire Bra in Lilac ($108). She is listening to a pair of Sony 1000X mkII Premium Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones ($349). The pink cap is like the Anthropologie Tweed Baseball Cap ($32). Plus large hoop earrings that are like the Betsey Johnson Gold-Tone Bamboo-Style Hoop Earrings ($28).
Locker Room
In the locker room Tinashe and her friends perform the traditional dance routine that all women do in the locker room. You don’t want to mix up sportswear brands so it is all Adidas. This includes the same shoes, the All Me 3-Stripe Bra ($35), the S2S Shorts ($35), and the Slouch Crew Socks (On sale for $7/pair). She wears a sequined tube top over the sports bra that is made from a shiny material like the Boohoo Lissy Pastel Vinyl Bandeau in Black (On sale for $9). Pink Fur & Pants
In the study Tinashe and French Montana are hanging out on the furniture and wearing fancy fur coats. You don’t wear faux in a music video so here is the Gucci Snake Embroidery Coat ($19,000). The Oscar de la Renta Spinel Tiered Tassel Earrings ($495) are made in India from glass beads. Don’t overpay for see through pants when you could buy Crescent Above Custom Rose Lace Pants ($45).
