Sheep are responsible for shearling, which is a type of wool. But some shearling is faux and made from manmade materials. If it says shearling on it then no farm animals had to die. If it says sheep fur, then the skin is still attached. That sheep is dead and you’re wearing it as a garment. For example Ugg boots are made from sheep leather and fur, so they are definitely not vegan.
